Gerald Reynolds has over nine years of experience in various technical and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Central Scheduler and Senior Case Technician at the Social Security Administration since September 2014, Gerald performs outreach to law offices and contractors to facilitate the scheduling of hearings with administrative law judges, ensuring adequate support staff and expert testimony are available. Previously, Gerald held an IT Intern position at the Human Services Council of NY for a brief period in 2013, where responsibilities included website maintenance, PHP script editing, and the addition of new features. Gerald obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, graduating in 2013.
