Currently serving as the National Manager of Client Relations at Horner Recruitment since November 2014, Phil focuses on delivering exceptional recruitment services across Australia. Previously, Phil held positions including Managing Director of Align Recruitment Consultants Pty Ltd, which transitioned into Horner Group, and General Manager at Chandler Recruitment Services. With foundational experience at Adecco and Manpower, Phil has developed a comprehensive understanding of recruitment operations, supported by a professional accreditation as a Member of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (MRCSA).
