Horry County Government
Allen Beverly serves as Horry County Probate Judge and Chief Associate Probate Judge, with extensive experience in legal practice and government. After founding two new law offices for Hutchens Law Firm and facilitating the acquisition of a third office, Allen transitioned into mortgage lending as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Movement Mortgage. Prior to that, Allen operated R. Allen Beverly, Jr., LLC, providing a wide range of legal services, including real estate, business law, and estate planning. Allen's career began as an Associate Attorney at Gregory K. Martin, PC, and included roles as a law clerk and adjunct professor in Business Law. Allen earned a Juris Doctor from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Coastal Carolina University.
