Jaime Zilonka

Jaime Zilonka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2005, they started working as an Assistant Manager at Clarks, where they gained valuable customer service skills and were responsible for various tasks such as sales and stock management. In 2014, they began working at Coastal Orthopedics as an IT Manager, overseeing all aspects of Information Technology for the practice and collaborating with the management team to ensure excellent patient care. During the same year, they also worked as a Work Study Student at Horry-Georgetown Technical College Continuing Education, gaining experience in the OIT Helpdesk and Networking. In 2017, they transitioned to SpartanTec as a Security Engineer, where they recommended and implemented security solutions while providing frontline support and exceptional customer service. In 2019, they joined HTC Inc. as a Systems Administrator and later progressed to the role of Senior System Administrator and Lead Security Administrator. Their current role involves managing security solutions and ensuring the protection of critical business assets. Additionally, Jaime Zilonka is currently working as an Adjunct Instructor in Computer Science at Horry-Georgetown Technical College, starting in 2022.

Jaime Zilonka obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Technology from Western Kentucky University, attending from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Jaime earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Computer Science from Horry-Georgetown Technical College, attending from 2013 to 2015. In addition to these educational achievements, Jaime has also obtained several certifications. These certifications include NSE5 - Network Security Analyst from Fortinet, obtained in February 2018, NSE 4 - Fortigate Network Security Professional from Pearson VUE, obtained in September 2017, NSE Associate (NSE 1/2/3) from Fortinet, obtained in June 2017, and a Healthcare IT Technician certification from CompTIA, obtained in January 2016.
