Hans Hoefnagels

Hans Hoefnagels is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public policy and institutional relations. Currently serving as the President of the Committee for Institutional Relations at Cámara Franco-Española de Comercio e Industria and the Global Director of Public Policy at HORSE, Hans also provides advisory support for digital transformation at SME Connect. Previously, Hans held the position of EU Public Policy Manager at Meta, where strategic policy initiatives shaped EU tech legislation. With a decade of service at the European Parliament as a Policy Adviser, Hans developed expertise in political advisory roles and coalition building. Educationally, Hans holds a Master's degree in Communication Studies from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, supplemented by studies at several esteemed institutions in Spain.
