Matthew Hassey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as the Global Customer Success Manager at Horsefly since September 2014, Matthew focuses on partnering with customers to develop and implement roll-out strategies that enhance adoption, retention, and advocacy for the service. Previously, as an Account Development Manager at Horsefly, Matthew contributed to reducing talent costs through strategic data-driven insights. Prior to joining Horsefly, Matthew worked at Telefónica from 2006 to July 2014, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of high-value SME clients as a Business Account Manager, along with roles in customer retention and service.
