Horseheads Central School District
Jim Chely has a diverse background in various roles, including serving as a Park Ranger at Watkins Glen State Park, a Stock Receiver at Lowe's, a Substitute Teacher at two different school districts, and as President of Fingerlakes Process Servers. Previously, Jim has also held positions as a Supervisor and Customer Service Representative at Piedmont Airlines. Jim holds an AAS degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies Psychology from Corning Community College.
Horseheads Central School District
The Horseheads Central School District is one of three districts in Chemung County, located in Upstate New York’s Southern Tier Region. The district has an estimated population of 25,000, spanning some 143 square miles. The communities of the Town and Village of Horseheads, Big Flats, Veteran, Breesport, Pine Valley, Erin, Millport, Cayuta, Catlin, and portions of adjacent communities make up the district.
