Akuma Ukpo has over a decade of experience in the field of investigations and customer service. Since April 2013, Akuma has been employed at Horsemen Investigations as a Case Setup and Data Entry specialist, responsible for analyzing case referrals and entering data into a management system. Prior to this, Akuma served as Customer Service Lead at Titan Shops from July 2007 to February 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing the cashier department, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and handling financial records. Akuma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, completed in 2009.
