Marcy Parker currently serves as the Director of Results Administration and Operations at the Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit (HIWU) since November 2022, with prior roles including HIWU Testing Operations Senior Manager and Regional Relations Manager. Marcy has extensive experience in the real estate sector as a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX from January 2020 to September 2023. Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit (HIWU)

The Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit (HIWU), a division of Drug Free Sport International, was created to serve as the independent enforcement agency of the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority's (HISA) Anti-Doping and Medication Control program. The HIWU will establish a comprehensive and robust program that includes uniform testing protocols, adjudication processes and enforcement mechanisms to increase accountability and enhance the integrity of the competition for participants, fans and bettors.
