Ellie Baker (Stewart)

Ellie (Stewart) Baker is a seasoned environmental planner and project manager with extensive experience in watershed management, climate resilience planning, and federal project support. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Environmental Planner at Horsley Witten Group, Inc., since September 2016, Ellie oversees the Exeter, NH office and leads various projects for federal agencies, such as the EPA and NOAA. Previous roles include Coastal and Marine Program Director at The Nature Conservancy and multiple positions at Horsley Witten Group, where Ellie worked as a Senior Environmental Planner and Office Director. Early career experience includes roles as an Environmental Scientist at Weston and Sampson and as a Project Assistant at the Harvard Institute for International Development, following research and analysis work at ICF International. Ellie holds a Master of Environmental Management in Water Resources from Yale University, a BA in Environmental Studies and Spanish from Bowdoin College, and has pursued additional education at Harvard Business School Online.
