Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis is a Project Planner at Horsley Witten Group, Inc. since December 2015, bringing extensive planning experience from previous roles, including Principal Planner at the Rhode Island Division of Planning from February 2012 to December 2015. During time at the Rhode Island Division, Jeff Davis served as the lead staff for the development and editing of the economic development element of the State Guide Plan in 2014, as well as being key staff for the ongoing housing element. Jeff Davis holds a Master of Community Planning from the University of Maryland, earned between 2001 and 2003.
