Richard de Vos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, governance, and industry development within the agricultural sector. Serving as the Independent Chair of Strategic Investment Advisory Panels at Hort Innovation since December 2016, de Vos provides expert advice on funding allocation for various horticultural industries. As the Principal of de Vos Consulting since February 2005, Richard has led numerous projects focusing on business planning and market analysis. Previously, de Vos chaired the Macadamia Industry Advisory Committee and served as CEO of both Nursery & Garden Industry Australia and Milk Marketing (NSW) Ltd.
