Louis-Étienne Lessard

Louis-Étienne Lessard has had a varied work experience since 2016. In that year, they worked as a Stagiaire en ingénierie at Hortau. In 2017, they returned to Hortau as a Stagiaire en ingénierie et recherche développement. In 2018, they worked as a Stagiaire Mitacs Accélération, agr., CPI Sciences Agronomiques / agr., CEP - Ag Sciences, and Technicien en sciences agronomiques at Hortau. Louis-Étienne also worked as a Stagiaire en ingénierie at Les Serres Sylvain Cléroux. In 2020, they became a Membre du conseil d'administration at Maison des jeunes l'Envol de Sainte-Foy inc. Most recently, they have been the Lead AI and probes development at Hortau.

Louis-Étienne Lessard completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering at Université Laval from 2015 to 2019. Louis-Étienne then pursued a Master of Business Administration, with a focus on Strategic Project Management, at the same university from 2019 to 2021. Louis-Étienne is currently enrolled in a Maîtrise en sols et environnement - avec mémoire (M. SC.) program at Université Laval, which began in 2021. Prior to their studies at Université Laval, Louis-Étienne Lessard attended Cégep de Sainte-Foy from 2013 to 2015, studying Sciences de la nature. Additionally, Louis-Étienne Lessard obtained certifications in Designing Recirculating Aquaculture Systems from Cornell University in 2018 and ASP Construction from ASP Construction in the same year.
