Kirsti Jansson

Kirsti Jansson is an experienced professional in community development and social services with a strong background in project management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Konstituert enhetsleder for kommuneutvikling and also in roles such as Samfunnsplanlegger and Prosjektleder for tjenesteutvikling and tverrsektoriell samhandling at Horten kommune since September 2020, Kirsti has focused on developing services and new collaborative models across municipal areas and sectors. Prior experience includes leadership positions at NAV from 2014 to 2020, as well as various roles such as Sosialkurator and Miljøterapeut at different organizations. Kirsti holds a Master's degree in innovation and leadership from the University of South-Eastern Norway and a Bachelor's degree in social work from Oslo and Akershus University College.
