Rebecca Eberle

Rebecca Eberle is a Senior People & Change Consultant at Horváth since October 2021, with prior experience as a People & Change Consultant at the same firm. Before joining Horváth, Rebecca held roles at cdg Beratungen, including Projektleiterin and Trainee Projektmanagement, and at SmartLife Care in Business Development. Previous positions also include Assistenz Abteilungsleitung at Hirslanden and internships at Die Schweizerische Post and PostFinance AG. Rebecca's educational background includes an M.A. HSG in Unternehmensführung and additional qualifications in Business Management and Wirtschaftspädagogik from the University of St.Gallen and the University of Geneva. Additionally, Rebecca achieved third place in the YES National Competition 2013 with the mini-company Bottleguard.
