Hernando Perez is currently the VP at Horvath & Tremblay. Hernando was previously with NMS Consulting Group and before that, they were with Franklin Street where they established the firm's first South Florida Multifamily Investments Sales Team. Prior to that, they were with Marcus & Millichap as a Sales Manager. Hernando has a proven track record in growing businesses and increasing market share. Hernando is a strategic thinker and an excellent leader.

Hernando Perez has a degree in Business Administration with a focus in marketing from Kansas State University. Hernando also has certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Florida Real Estate Sales Person License, the Texas Real Estate Commission in Texas Real Estate Salesperson License, and the Florida Department of Financial Services in FL 2-15 Life & Health: Annuities & Variable Contracts. In addition, they have certification from FINRA in Series 6 and 63, and from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in S.A.F.E. MLO.
