Philip Bacon

Philip Bacon, MRICS, FCA, serves as Senior Director and Global Practice Leader for Valuations at Horwath HTL since March 2014, specializing in hotel, tourism, and leisure consulting. Previously, Philip held the position of Project Director at Rubikon Resorts from April 2013 to March 2014, focusing on large mixed-use hospitality projects in Italy. As Managing Director in Madrid for HVS Global Hospitality Services from December 2005 to March 2013, Philip addressed various real estate and consulting needs for hospitality stakeholders. Between February 2002 and December 2005, Philip operated as Principal at Change is Constant, providing advisory services to the resort development sector. Philip also contributed to Group RCI as Director of Business Development and Director of RCI Consulting from April 1997 to 2002, while earlier experience includes a role as Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from March 1983 to December 1992. Philip holds an MA in Law from the University of Cambridge, earned from 1979 to 1982.
