John O’Roarke

John O’Roarke is the current Chairman at HORWICH FARRELLY LIMITED. John has also served as a Non Exec Director for Life & Pensions at Aviva from March 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Non Executive Director at DirectAsia Insurance from January 2017 to December 2020.

Before their current role, John O’Roarke served as the CEO of Liverpool Victoria General Insurance Co Ltd from January 2006 to May 2016. John was also the Partner at ABC Investors and the Chief Operating Officer at RBS Insurance from January 2003 to December 2005.

John O’Roarke started their career in finance, serving in various finance roles at AIG from January 1984 to December 1990. John then served as Managing Director at Churchill Insurance from January 1990 to December 2003.

John O’Roarke studied Business Studies at Sheffield Hallam University and De La Salle College. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
