Rod has spent the last 30 years in insurance litigation and is Head of Horwich Farrelly’s Southampton office. He specializes in catastrophic personal injury and large loss fraud claims and is recognized as an expert in his field by Chambers, Legal 500 and Legal Experts. Rod is a former President of FOIL and Chambers states Rod is "Well known for policy work around fraudulent and dishonest claims." He currently sits on FOIL's Catastrophic Claims and Solicitors Regulation sector focus teams.
