Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates

Since 1924, our family has continued a tradition begun by Jacob W. Horwitz and then his son, Andrew J. Horwitz, representing individuals against corporate wrongdoers and insurance companies who routinely take advantage of those who have been injured. Clifford and Mitchell Horwitz are third generation trial lawyers who continue to follow that tradition. Our firm has never represented corporate interests and never will. Clifford Horwitz has won virtually every case he's taken to trial since the start of his career, with over 25% of his victories representing record-setting verdicts. Our team of attorneys contribute to a legacy of successful litigation that few firms can claim. Our distinction is more than a legacy of record-setting verdicts or peer acclaim. It’s found in the countless cases felt too difficult for other firms to accept; cases that Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates skillfully prosecuted and won, recovering millions of dollars for clients who had been denied representation by others. With offices conveniently located in Chicago and Joliet, we advocate for personal injury clients throughout the state of Illinois.
