Araf Reshad

Araf Reshad serves as the Hosa Canada National Officer - Competitive Events Planner, overseeing Canada's largest health science competition for over 5,000 students. Reshad works as an Orthopedic Assistant at SQUARE HOSPITALS LTD, collaborating on patient care and contributing to a research study on Avascular Necrosis in long-term COVID-19 patients. Additionally, Reshad holds positions as a Research Intern with the World Health Organization and a Researcher at The New York Academy of Sciences, focusing on enhancing online education through emerging technologies. As the Head of Outreach and Teaching Executive for the Universal Finance Organization, Reshad educates over 200 members on finance topics and manages operations. Previous experiences include serving as a Research Assistant at Harvard University, co-founding the National Science Society, and participating in NASA's International Plant the Moon Challenge. Currently pursuing a High School Diploma at Kitchener Waterloo Collegiate and Vocational School and engaged in The Knowledge Society's Innovate & Velocity program, Reshad has a foundation in elementary education from Anson Park P.S.
