Vikram Arora

Vikram Arora serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at STEM Fellowship, overseeing a team of 20 members and managing an administrative database for over 500 executives across Canada. As an Interdisciplinary Contest Coordinator, Vikram organized an international contest to enhance high school students' critical thinking skills. Concurrently, Vikram works as a Teaching Assistant at McMaster University, leading tutorials for undergraduate biology students and collaborating on lab activities. Previous roles include Research Assistant positions at both McMaster University and Hamilton Health Sciences, contributing to studies on surgical creativity and pediatric thromboembolism. Additionally, Vikram holds national leadership positions at HOSA Canada and the International Model United Nations Association, engaging thousands of students through educational initiatives. An Honours Integrated Science student at McMaster University, Vikram earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma from Hillfield Strathallan College.
