Shaui A.

Shaui A. has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and recruitment industry. Starting in 2008, Shaui worked as a Sales Manager at Nottingham Antique Centre, where they were responsible for the distribution and sales of antiques for exportation. In 2010, Shaui became the General Manager at Escucha Bar & Restaurant, overseeing all aspects of the establishment and managing a team of up to 20 staff members.

In 2012, Shaui worked as an Advisor at Grosvenor Consulting, providing expertise in recruitment, particularly in the hospitality sector. They then moved on to a role as Night Manager at Bambuddha Ibiza in 2013, where they ensured smooth operations and implemented stock control systems.

From 2013 to 2015, Shaui served as the Hospitality Recruitment Manager at Dawaam, focusing on efficient outsourced staffing in Dubai. They then joined COREcruitment Ltd as a Recruitment Specialist, recruiting hospitality staff for international placements.

From 2016 to 2019, Shaui was the Hospitality Recruitment Director and Co-Founder of MyCru Hospitality Careers, offering recruitment, training, and education services to clients in the Middle East and Europe. Most recently, Shaui worked as the Talent Search Manager at Hosco, specializing in mid-senior management recruitment for the hospitality and facilities management industry.

Shaui A. attended Nottingham High School for Boys from 1997 to 2002. Following that, from 2004 to 2007, Shaui A. studied at Leeds Beckett University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Languages with Professional Studies.
