Henry Navarro

Henry Navarro is a seasoned business systems analyst with extensive experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Currently serving as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at Hoshizaki America since November 2022, Henry previously worked as an ERP Functional Analyst at Thermon, Inc. from August 2021 to December 2022, and as a Microsoft Dynamics AX Analyst at Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company from November 2017 to October 2021, overseeing multiple implementation cycles for both MS Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365. Earlier in the career, Henry was involved in inside technical sales at Basin Valve Company, focusing on customer service and demand forecasting. Henry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems - Information Technology from California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Gavilan College.
