Jan Christian Karssiens

Jan Christian Karssiens is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the food service equipment industry. Currently serving as President of the Americas Region for Hoshizaki Corporation since November 2021, Jan is responsible for regional team development, mergers and acquisitions, and optimizing shareholder value. Previously, Jan held multiple senior roles at Hoshizaki America, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer support. Additional experience includes positions at The Middleby Corporation and Standex Food Service Equipment Group, where Jan was instrumental in strategy development and enhancing customer experiences. Jan also has a rich history with Manitowoc Foodservice and Enodis, overseeing P&L responsibilities and driving growth initiatives throughout various regions. Jan's educational background includes studies in Philosophy and Dutch Literature at Indiana University Bloomington and Antioch University.
