Koen Gaelens has extensive experience in service management and business development within the Hoshizaki group, having held various positions since April 2000. Currently serving as Senior Manager Service & After Sales at Hoshizaki Europe B.V. since June 2020, Koen also holds the title of Head of After Sales. From January 2012 to October 2023, Koen worked as International Service Manager/Product Specialist and Business Development Manager ROX EMEA, focusing on building international distribution and service networks, as well as strategic consulting and sales strategy development. Previous roles include Deputy Branch Manager, National Account Manager, and Service Manager at various Hoshizaki entities, showcasing a robust career dedicated to enhancing service operations and business growth.
