Christian Hoffmann's work experience includes several roles at different companies. Christian started in 2009 as a Mechatronics Technician at Karwendel-Werke Huber GmbH & Co. KG. In 2014, they joined Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft as a Process Engineer and worked in that role until February 2018. From February 2018 to October 2021, they served as Deputy Head of Technical Customer Service, and then became the Head of Technical Customer Service from October 2021 to the present time.

Christian Hoffmann completed a Fachabitur in Mathematics from Staatlich Berufsoberschule Kaufbeuren from 2009 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a degree in Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering) at Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten from 2010 to 2014, earning a Diplom-Ingenieur.
