Jon Bonomo is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient care coordination and palliative care. Currently serving as the Palliative Care Coordinator at Hosparus Health since November 2020, Jon previously held multiple roles at MD2U, including Patient Care Coordinator Supervisor, Patient Care Coordinator Team Lead, and Patient Care Coordinator from August 2012 to September 2019. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Purdue University Fort Wayne (2011-2012) and completed studies at Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2011.
