Terri Montgomery

Terri Montgomery has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as the Senior Vice President of HR at The Kentucky Center for the Arts since 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Hosparus, Inc. from 2011. At University Hospital, they were the Recruitment & Retention Manager from 2008 to 2010. Terri began their career at Kindred Healthcare as a Senior Recruiter from 2004 to 2008.

Terri Montgomery's education history includes a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management & Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1993, they earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University Southeast.
