Benjamin GABRIEL currently holds the position of Secrétaire général and Responsable des Affaires Juridiques et Générales Groupe at HOSPI GRAND OUEST since September 2022. Prior to this, Benjamin GABRIEL worked at LNA Santé from July 2014 to August 2022 as Responsable Juridique Exploitation and Juriste Opérationnel, where responsibilities included regulatory compliance in health establishments, drafting authorization requests, and providing legal advice. Previous experience also includes a role as Juriste en droit de la santé at ORPEA & CLINEA from July 2013 to July 2014, and a legal internship at Servier in 2013. Benjamin GABRIEL holds multiple degrees, including a Master II in Public Law and Health Law from UVSQ and a Master I in Public Law/Private Law from UPEC.
