Hospice Brazos Valley is the only nonprofit hospice serving the Brazos Valley. We have office locations in Bryan, Brenham, and La Grange. The nonprofit difference means that patients, not profits, guide the comprehensive care our patients receive. Our bereavement professionals lead a variety of grief support groups and programs hosted across the 17 counties we serve. Thanks to generous community support, all grief support groups and programs are offered at no cost and maintain an open invitation to anyone in the communities we serve. In addition, our award-winning hospice care is provided to all, regardless of ability to pay. Our patients receive care from a team of highly-skilled professionals whose goal is to add quality to life when life is limited. Hospice Brazos Valley exists to care for people.
