Renee D. Moody-Sims

Renee D. Moody-Sims currently serves as the Home Connections Team 2 Manager and Spiritual Care Provider at Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo since April 2021. Renee is also the Owner and Lead Consultant at Elmer Avenue Consulting and has been the Lead Pastor at Elmer Avenue Fellowship since September 2018. Additional roles include consulting for the IBoost Foundation and serving as a Strategic Advisor for Act Peru. Prior experience includes positions as a Palliative Care Nurse at Liberty Home Care, Spiritual Care Provider (Chaplain) at Niagara Hospice, and various consultant roles. Renee's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Divinity from the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary and an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Nursing from St Joseph's College of Nursing.
