Skelly Wingard

Skelly Wingard currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of By The Bay Health, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Skelly Wingard worked at Kaiser Permanente from February 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included Vice President of Continuum of Care and NCAL Regional Director of Care Coordination and Placement. Skelly Wingard also held the position of Marin/Sonoma Continuum Administrator during this tenure. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Care Continuum at Ensign Services, Inc. from October 2012 to February 2017. Skelly Wingard holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nurse Leadership from the University of San Francisco.
