Mindy Poretsky is the Associate Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Hospice Care Network. Mindy has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in hospice care.

Mindy began their career in 1994 as the Director of Patient Services at St Mary's Healthcare System for Children. In 2014, they took on the role of DPS of Homecare and Hospice at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center. After a year in this position, they moved to Good Shepherd Hospice where they served as DPS from September 2015 to November 2020.

In their current role at Hospice Care Network, Mindy is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. Mindy is passionate about their work and takes great pride in providing comfort and peace to those who are facing a terminal illness.

Mindy Poretsky has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Adelphi University and a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from SUNY Downstate. Mindy also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare Management and Health Information Systems from St. Joseph's University New York.
