Established in 2007, the Hospice Foundation (HF) is a supporting foundation of the Center for Hospice Care (CHC) which was established in 1978 as an independent, community-based, not-for-profit organization. CHC is dedicated to improving the quality of living through hospice, home health, grief counseling, and community education.

The Development and Community Engagement team at the Hospice Foundation is responsible for driving fundraising initiatives, organizing community events, and enhancing public awareness of the Center for Hospice Care's services. They work collaboratively to secure donations, manage donor relations, plan educational and outreach programs, and promote the organization's mission through strategic communications and community partnerships.
