Bertrand Guilmot

Bertrand Guilmot is an experienced finance and human resources professional with a comprehensive background in controlling and compensation. Since August 2017, Bertrand has served as Contrôleur de Gestion RH at Hospice général. Prior to this role, Bertrand worked at Vacheron Constantin, a branch of Richemont International S.A., from October 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included Head of Controlling & Compensation and Analyste RH. Previously, Bertrand was employed at Hospice Général - Institution Sociale from March 2007 to September 2012, holding positions such as Analyste Métier, Responsable RH, and Responsable administratif RH. Bertrand holds a Master’s degree in Economie Gestion with a specialization in Gestion & Controle de Gestion from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Chambéry, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
