Chelsea Millin is an experienced social worker with a diverse background in various healthcare and community service roles. Currently serving as a Hospice Social Worker at Hospice of Central Ohio since March 2020, Chelsea previously worked as a Medical Social Worker at Equitas Health and as a Therapist at Sun Behavioral Columbus. Chelsea's early career included positions such as Data Entry Assistant at Solid Ground and Social Work Assistant at Virginia Mason Medical Center, with additional experience as a Case Manager at the Low Income Housing Institute and Supported Employment Specialist at Asian Counseling and Referral Service. Chelsea holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, East Asian Studies from Grand Valley State University.

Our patients have been the center of care since 1982 by offering personalized care and support to thousands of patients across Central Ohio. We believe that everyone should have access to end-of-life care regardless of their ability to pay, complexity of care, or severity of need. Working together, we can ensure that all eligible patients have a meaningful end-of-life experience and the opportunity to write the last chapter of their life regardless of the their disease, and pledge to provide access to our staff and programs 24 hours a day/seven days a week. Our team consists of highly dedicated and trained individuals that include physicians, registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors and trained volunteers. These individuals formulate a specific plan of care for each of our patients and their loved ones special needs. Our patients have the opportunity to receive quality, compassionate care at home, in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, hospitals, our Inpatient Care Center, or anywhere the patient calls home. Hospice of Central Ohio is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is covered by most insurance companies/carriers.
