Kelsey Servais is a skilled Medical Social Worker with extensive experience in various healthcare settings, including Hospice of Central Ohio since July 2019, Crossroads Hospice as a Palliative Care Social Worker from August 2018 to June 2019, and Providence Place where Kelsey served as Director of Social Services and Social Worker from October 2015 to June 2018. Kelsey has a strong background in working with individuals affected by dementia, conducting comprehensive assessments, facilitating support groups, and collaborating with families. Earlier experience includes roles as a Social Work Intern at Silverado Care, Chai Point Senior Living, and the Adult Day Center of Portage County, as well as positions in customer service at Holiday Inn and AmericInn. Kelsey holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Our patients have been the center of care since 1982 by offering personalized care and support to thousands of patients across Central Ohio. We believe that everyone should have access to end-of-life care regardless of their ability to pay, complexity of care, or severity of need. Working together, we can ensure that all eligible patients have a meaningful end-of-life experience and the opportunity to write the last chapter of their life regardless of the their disease, and pledge to provide access to our staff and programs 24 hours a day/seven days a week. Our team consists of highly dedicated and trained individuals that include physicians, registered nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors and trained volunteers. These individuals formulate a specific plan of care for each of our patients and their loved ones special needs. Our patients have the opportunity to receive quality, compassionate care at home, in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, hospitals, our Inpatient Care Center, or anywhere the patient calls home. Hospice of Central Ohio is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is covered by most insurance companies/carriers.
