Denise Winters possesses extensive experience in healthcare administration and telecommunications, currently serving as Assistant Manager and Office Coordinator at Hospice of Cincinnati since September 2018. Prior roles include Contact Center Manager at Clovernook Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired and Lead Appointment Coordinator and Patient Advocate at TriHealth. Denise has a background in telecommunications operations management at UC Health and has held various positions in Health Alliance, including Telecommunications Supervisor and Government Follow-up Specialist. Denise's earlier experience includes co-owning Winters Physician Management Services and serving as Senior Referral Coordinator at LCA Vision. Denise holds a BS in Community Health Services Administration and an AA in Medical Secretarial Technology from the University of Cincinnati.

Hospice of Cincinnati is a non-profit hospice sponsored by Bethesda Inc. in a collaborative community partnership with TriHealth and Bon Secours Mercy Health.
