Holly Sutherland, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Holly began their career as a Human Resources Intern at YWCA USA in January 2017 and later became a Human Resources Assistant, where they assisted with full-cycle recruitment, conducted new hire orientations, and served as the volunteer coordinator. Following their time at YWCA USA, Holly worked as a Human Resources Assistant at RevSpring, where they handled general HR duties for a large number of onsite and remote employees nationwide. Holly also assisted with full-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions and created orientation presentations for new hires.

In 2018, Holly advanced to the role of Human Resources Generalist at RevSpring. In this position, they continued to handle various HR responsibilities for a large employee base. Holly also played a key role in recruitment efforts and established recruiting connections with local schools.

In 2019, Holly joined Plastipak Packaging, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist. Here, they managed full-cycle recruitment and developed relationships with local educational institutions. In July 2021, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In June 2023, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
