Syreeta Nelson-Drake

Syreeta Nelson-Drake has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Syreeta started their career as an LPN Vocational Instructor at Gerald R. Ford Job Corps, where they educated and fostered young adults according to the Michigan Model for CNA certification. Syreeta also facilitated training for staff and health occupations trade students.

Afterwards, Syreeta worked as a Critical Care RN at Mercy Health Saint Mary's Campus. Their responsibilities included monitoring arterial lines, blood pressure, and Mean Arterial Pressure for critically ill patients. Syreeta also cared for ventilator-dependent patients and recognized life-threatening arrhythmias.
