Paul McDonald has over 30 years of experience in facility management. Paul started their career as a Facilities Manager at Mountain Network Solutions from 1985 to 1992. Paul then worked at West Marine as a Senior Facilities Manager from 1993 to 2009. At West Marine, their responsibilities included overseeing safety and maintenance functions. Paul joined Fox Racing in 2009 as a Sr. Facilities Manager, where they managed safety and maintenance for the company's West Coast facilities. In 2013, Paul McDonald became the Operations/Facility Manager at Hospice of Santa Cruz County, where they directed all aspects of administration and facility services.
Paul McDonald attended Los Angeles Trade Technical College from 1974 to 1976, where they studied Electrical Construction. No degree was obtained during this time.

Approximately 3,500 Santa Cruz County residents are served annually.
