Cindy Outlaw is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in nonprofit leadership, counseling, and outdoor adventure. Currently serving as a Board Member for the San Dieguito River Valley Conservancy and Plant With Purpose, Cindy has advocated for the latter's initiatives in Tanzania since 2003. As a Bereavement Counselor for Hospice of the North Coast since 2020, Cindy provides support to individuals coping with loss. Additionally, Cindy has extensive experience as a Hike Leader and Mountain Climber, leading both local and international hikes while also volunteering for various organizations related to education and community service. Cindy's previous roles include serving as a VP for Administration at SAIC and an Assistant Operations Administrator at Bank of America. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Point Loma Nazarene University, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from San Diego State University, and a Master's degree in Couple and Family Therapy/Counseling from Alliant International University. Life is enriched by the role of Mom to two children, Molly and Ryan.
