Randy Ball

Randy Ball has extensive experience in pastoral care, real estate, and food service consulting. Since March 2019, Randy has served as a Pastoral Counselor and Bereavement Coordinator at Alamo Hospice, providing support to hospice patients and families, and as a Chaplain at Heart to Heart Hospice since July 2018. In the food industry, Randy is the CEO and Founder of Heavenly Dough Co., developing innovative food concepts for franchising, and previously worked as a Franchise Service Consultant for Nestle Toll House Cafe and Great American Cookie Company. In real estate, Randy has been active as a Real Estate Agent at Realty Associates and previously at ERA Freeman and Associates. An accomplished leader, Randy was also the Executive Pastor at The Woodlands Bible Church and served as Discipleship and Small Group Pastor at Second Baptist Church in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Education includes a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies and Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.
