Sylvain Gouttard

Sylvain Gouttard is an experienced professional in the field of image processing and clinical research. Currently serving as the Responsable fonctionnel SI Recherche et Clinique and previously as an Ingénieur Recherche traitement d'image at Hospices Civils de Lyon since June 2015, Sylvain has been instrumental in developing post-processing infrastructure for clinical imaging studies. Prior to this role, Sylvain worked as an R&D engineer at BioClinica, focusing on the development and validation of image processing applications for brain pathology. Additionally, Sylvain has held positions such as Technical Program Manager and Research Associate at the Scientific Computing and Imaging Institute and the University of Utah, where responsibilities included software development, image processing management, and collaborating with academic staff. Sylvain holds two Master's degrees in Computer Science with a specialization in Image Processing from CPE Lyon.
