Virginie Duhamel

Virginie Duhamel has extensive experience in communication and event management, currently serving as the interim director of brand and communication and deputy director of communication at Hospices Civils de Lyon since January 2015. Prior to this role, Virginie worked at Métropole de Lyon for nearly a decade, holding various positions including responsible for the territory promotion and major events, as well as managing protocol for the President's cabinet. Virginie has played a key role in developing communication strategies, organizing significant events, and managing internal and external communications. Earlier in the career, Virginie also coordinated the Rugby World Cup 2007 for the City of Lyon and served as a press attaché for the Mayor’s office. Education includes a Master 2 in Communication and Media Studies from Université Jean Moulin and a Maitrise in Marketing from Ecole Supérieure Internationale d'Administration des Entreprises.
