Hospiscare
Anita Reason is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in both practice and palliative care. Currently serving as a Lead Practice Nurse at NHS Digital since April 2023, Anita has returned to practice while continuing to focus on community-based palliative care. Previous roles include Staff Registered Nurse at NHS, Hospice and Palliative Nurse at Hospiscare since August 2022, and Practice Nurse at The Mannamead Surgery since October 2017. Additionally, Anita worked as a Community Health Nurse at LiveWell from 2016 to 2017. Anita holds a BSc Hons degree in Adult Health Nursing from the University of Plymouth, completed in 2016.
