Cuca Righini

Cuca Righini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational design and facilitation, currently serving as an NVC Workshop Facilitator at Hospital Albert Einstein since October 2016. Righini also holds the position of Head of Knowledge and Curriculum Design at Camino School from September 2020 to April 2025. Previous roles include NVC Workshop Facilitator at Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz and Visiting Professor at Instituto Singularidades, focusing on 21st-century education. Contributions to organizational culture and learning experiences were made at Echos - Innovation Lab as a Learning Experience Designer.
