Nelson Hamerschlak

Nelson Hamerschlak has extensive experience in the field of medicine, with a career spanning over four decades at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, where Nelson has held the position of Coordenador and served as the Head of the Hematology & Oncology Department multiple times since April 1978. Additionally, Nelson served as the ex-president of the Brazilian Association of Hematology and Hemotherapy from 1990 to 1992. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Medicine from Escola Paulista de Medicina UNIFESP, a Doctor's Degree in Immunology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, an Associate's degree in Medicine from Cornell University, and a professorship in Medicine from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
