Rebecca Tiel

Rebecca Tiel is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic initiatives, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Apprise Health Insights since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca held multiple senior positions at the Hospital Association of Oregon from November 2016, including Senior Vice President of Operations & Membership, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Associate Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, and Director of Public Policy. Rebecca's earlier experience includes serving as a Public Health Policy Specialist at the Oregon Health Authority from May 2010 to November 2016.
